ANDREW COUNTY, Mo.- A South Carolina man is facing multiple felonies regarding identity theft and fraud following his arrest in Andrew County late Tuesday night.
Troop H of the Missouri State Highway Patrol apprehended Christopher Fogle, of Spartansburg, SC., at approximately 11:20 p.m., and charged him with three felonies including identity theft, trafficking in stolen identities fraud and possession of a controlled substance. He’s also facing a preliminary charge of misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Fogle was taken to the Andrew County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.
