MILLER COUNTY, Mo. — An Olean man is behind bars in Miller County.
The Highway Patrol reported arresting 49-year-old James A. Farrell around 2:05 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of drug possession.
An incident report says Farrell faces preliminary charges for felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Farrell was taken to the Miller County Jail where he is being held without bond. Formal charges will be sent to the Miller County prosecuting attorney for consideration.
