CHILLICOTHE, MO – Reports of theft over the weekend brought Chillicothe officers to a business at 1000 Graves Street.
Officers arrested Adam Daniel Stith Saturday afternoon for stealing. According to arrest reports from police, Stith was also found to be in illegal possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia. He was processed at the Police Department and thereafter transferred to Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail.
A Livingston County warrant charges him with felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
