RAY COUNTY, MO – An arrest in Ray County Sunday afternoon was executed by state troopers when a Hardin woman was suspected of meth possession.
According to an arrest report, Stacey Clemens, 54, was the subject of a 24-hour investigation at Ray County Jail, into allegations of possession of methamphetamine, driving while revoked 2nd offense, no insurance, and unlawful use of paraphernalia.
