MACON COUNTY, Mo. – A driver from Marceline is also facing drug allegations after a traffic stop in Macon County Wednesday.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported to stop and arrest of Daniel B. Hays, 48, around 11:27 yesterday morning. The arrest report alleges Hays was felony driving while intoxicated by drugs, in possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernaia, failed to drive on right half of roadway and in unlawful possession of a firearm.
Hays remains on a 24 hour hold pending filing of formal charges.
