SALINE COUNTY, MO – A man listed as homeless in court records was arrested over the weekend, and appeared Monday for an arraignment for charges of illegal substance delivery.
Court documents state, Michael Farwell, 22, originally from Slater, was arrested by Highway Patrol for the felony allegation of delivery of a controlled substance.
Bond is set at $25,000. A counsel status hearing is Tuesday in Saline County at 9 a.m.
