HOWARD COUNTY, MO – A Fayette resident is in Howard County Jail after being arrested as a persisted offender for driving while intoxicated.
Missouri Highway Patrol Monday night apprehended Nathaniel Milligan, 28, for the DWI charge, unlawful use of a weapon, failure to drive on the correct half of the road, careless operation of a vehicle resulting in a crash, and no seat belt.
Milligan was the subject of a 12-hour investigation.
