Bates County arrest could result in charges for Raymore man

BATES COUNTY, Mo. — A Raymore driver was processed and released for drug allegations in Bates County Thursday night.

An arrest report indicates that at about 10:35 p.m. Thursday, the Missouri Highway Patrol took 42-year-old Robert M. Bevins to the Bates County Jail for alleged felony possession of prescription pills, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Bevins is free pending the filing of formal charges.
