HARRISON COUNTY, Mo. – The Missouri Highway Patrol is seeking formal drug charges after being pulled over in Harrison County Thursday night.
An arrest 
report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol alleges Michael S. McFarland, 41, of Winston, is facing felony allegations of possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of synthetic narcotics.
He is also preliminarily charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and not wearing a seat belt.
After his arrest at around 8:25 p.m. Thursday, McFarland was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold pending the filing of formal charges.
