BOONVILLE, MO – A Boonville man is detained in Cooper County after an arrest by Highway Patrol Thursday morning.
An incident report says, Darryl Kempf, 66, faces formal charges for intent to defraud. Additional allegations include receiving stolen property, and theft or stealing. Kempf is incarcerated at Cooper County Jail in lieu of bond. An arraignment is scheduled, July 24.
