19-year-old Randall L. Griffin of Harrisonville is arrested on charges of statutory sodomy with victim less than 12-years-old.
Cass County, MO – A 19-year-old Harrisonville man is charged with a sex crime involving an adolescent child. Cass County authorities said Randall L. Griffin was videotaped with the child during the act that took place on June 14 around 7:00 at night.
Police said Griffin may also of videotaped the incident on his cell phone. He was reportedly a friend of the victim’s family. Harrisonville Police took Griffin into custody around 9:30 that night without incident.
Griffin is being charged with one count of Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Statutory Sodomy with a victim less than 12-years-old. Several electronic devices were recovered during a search at Randall’s apartment and will be processed. Police said additional charges may be filed.
He is being held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
