A Kansas City man’s assault case in Henry County goes to a criminal setting hearing Friday.
Court records indicate Michael Hunter-Moore assaulted two victims at a residence in Henry County during March 2019.
He is charged with 1st degree and 3rd degree assault for allegedly pointing a firearm at the victims and physically assaulting a male at the residence. A motion for bond reduction last week failed, and remains at $25,000 cash or surety.
The future of the case will be determined during a hearing at 9 a.m.
