GENTRY COUNTY, Mo. — A man was arrested after fleeing authorities on an ATV Tuesday afternoon.
Carl E. McCartney was arrested by Troop H of the Missouri State Highway at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday.
McCartney is accused of felony driving while revoked, felony resisting arrest by fleeing, unlawfully operating an ATV on the highway, operating an ATV in a careless and imprudent manner, as well as unlawfully operating an ATV without a flag, and unlawfully operating an ATV without a reflective triangle.
McCartney was taken to Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail and placed on 24 hour hold.
