ANDREW COUNTY, Mo. – An arrest warrant led to a felony drug allegation in Andrew County last night.
Just after 7:30 p.m. Thursday, a trooper arrested 
Terry A. Troncin, 41, of St. Joseph. Along with a Buchanan County warrant for failing to appear for driving while suspended or revoked, Troncin was accused of felony possession of a controlled substance.
Troncin is on a 24 hour hold awaiting the filing of formal charges.
