HENRY COUNTY, Mo. — The Missouri Highway Patrol will seek formal charges against a Holden driver stopped Wednesday morning in Henry County.
According to the arrest report filed yesterday by the Missouri Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Robert D. Vanblaricon was arrested by a trooper just before 11:00 a.m. Wednesday.
The report alleges Vanblaricon was driving while intoxicated and was in possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Vanblaricon was held until he could post bond at the Henry County Jail.
