CHILLICOTHE, MO – An arrest Monday reportedly led to charges for two area residents in Chillicothe.
An attempted traffic stop by officers at the 300 block of South Washington was delayed by the driver of the vehicle, Geri Newsom, 39, of Wheeling, who drove down several streets before stopping on Olive Street. A passenger, Jeffrey Gilgour, 32, of St. Joseph was also charged with felony delivery.
Bond was set at $50,000, and $25,000 respectively.
