Five individuals arrested as a result of search warrants executed in Norborne

UPDATE:  4 p.m. – Charges were filed Friday against three individuals arrested during a narcotics search warrant executed the day prior. 

Carroll County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Lafayette County Sheriff’s Entry Team and Narcotics Team during the execution of warrants at 506 E. 2nd, and 307 E. 3rd in Norborne.  Court cases were listed for at least three residents for felony possession and delivery of a controlled substance.  Among the accused are, Brenda Tierney, 51, James High, 50, and Rene Siefkas, 50.  Bond has been set at $20,000 each.

A probable cause statement indicates that in addition to 110 grams of marijuana confiscated at the scene of 307 E. 3rd, thirteen amphetamine pills were also seized, which James High noted was Adderall that belongs to Brenda Tierney’s brother for specific medical issues. 

Approximately 300 grams of marijuana was seized at the residence on 2nd Street.

NORBORNE, Mo.- On Thursday, June 9, five individuals were arrested as a result of multiple search warrants executed in Norborne.

According to a release from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, two search warrants were executed in Norborne simultaneously by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office Entry Team and Narcotics Team. Five unidentified individuals were apprehended and taken into custody including three male subjects and two females.

Identification of the arrested individuals and details of the incident are currently unavailable.
