RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. – A resident of Clark was incarcerated in Randolph County, due to outstanding warrants and drugs reportedly found during her arrest.
The Missouri Highway Patrol took Rebecca S. Graham, 34, into custody just before 7:00 p.m. Friday, for allegedly driving without a valid drivers license and warrants out of Boone and Randolph County. After the arrest, Graham was also accused of felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of a controlled substance at a court jail, felony tampering with evidence and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Graham is eligible to post bond at the Randolph County Jail.
