RAY COUNTY, Mo. — A peremptory docket hearing is scheduled Tuesday morning in Ray County for a Richmond man accused of sexual misconduct.

Court records indicate Jerry McGinnis, 55 is accused of three felonies and two misdemeanor counts for sexual misconduct from a July 13 incident during which he allegedly exposed himself to children at the Richmond Skatepark.
McGinnis is in custody on $50,000 bond. The docket hearing is at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in a Ray County circuit courtroom.
