COLUMBIA, MO – A Columbia resident was taken into custody by police after patrons of the public library found a camera concealed in a restroom.
Police were able to arrest Jay Robinson, 42, hours after the camera was reported. Footage captured on the camera showed Robinson in the process of concealing it. He was arrested on charges of invasion of privacy, and detained in lieu of $1,500 bond.
