HENRY COUNTY, Mo. — A Warrensburg man was detained for alleged drug possession Saturday afternoon.
According to a news release from Henry County Sheriff Kent Oberkrom, 18-year-old Coby Pearson was arrested in Henry County at approximately 1:22 p.m. Saturday.
Pearson was allegedly found with drug paraphernalia and was taken to the Henry County Jail, where drugs were found on his person.
He now faces preliminary charges for possession of a controlled substance in a jail as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pearson is was placed on a investigative hold at the Henry County Jail and later released. Formal charges are currently pending.
