MARSHALL, MO – A St. Louis man was taken into custody Sunday morning during a standoff in Marshall.
According to Missouri Highway Patrol, Luther D. Blackwell, 47, was wanted for probation violations concerning original charges of first and second degree murder approximately 2 a.m.
Blackwell had refused to come out of a residence in Marshall before officers made the arrest.
No further information was released.
