COOPER COUNTY, Mo. – A career criminal from Colorado is in custody after a pursuit in Cooper County Friday afternoon.
Just before 1:00 p.m. yesterday, a trooper 
attempted to stop a car that sped away. After a short pursuit authorities were able to capture Daniel J. Perkins, 27, of Westminster, Colorado. Along with the allegations of driving while revoked and resisting arrest by fleeing, Perkins is accused of felony possession of a controlled substance – mushrooms, counterfeiting, possession of counterfeiting tools, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
There are also five active Littleton Colorado felony arrest warrants.
