MOBERLY, MO – Officers of the Moberly Police Department took a 24-year-old Moberly man into custody today in connection with the burglary yesterday at XPress Liquor and Smokes at 402 S Morley. Information leading to the arrest was provided by the public. Bond was set at $100,000 cash only. The subject was not named by the department. Formal charges by the Prosecuting Attorney are pending.
