CASS COUNTY, Mo. — A Lee’s Summit resident was arrested early Sunday morning in Cass County on drug allegations.
According to a Highway Patrol report, Lance A. Murkin, 51, was pulled over at about 3:03 a.m. Sunday.
He is preliminarily charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia as well as speeding.
Murkin was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was cited and released. Formal charges are currently pending.
