RAY COUNTY, MO – A Richmond woman was taken into custody last night in Ray county by Highway Patrol.
According to an arrest report, Romelia Harvie, 59, was the subject of a 24-hour investigation after she was detained under suspicion of methamphetamine possession. She was also charged, informally, with failure to drive on the correct half of the roadway, no insurance, and no seat belt.
Harvie was taken to Ray County Jail awaiting formal charges.
