SALINE COUNTY, Mo. — A Missouri pair is accused of the possession of drugs in Saline County.
According to an arrest report compiled by the Missouri Highway Patrol, Justin R. McDaniel, 22, of Columbia and O’Fallon resident 21-year-old Spencer A. Goewey were stopped and cited in Saline County at about 12:53 p.m. Sunday.
Both subjects face preliminary charges for possession of a controlled substance – THC wax, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Goewey is additionally accused of felonies each for possession of heroin and possession of Xanax.
Both were cited and released on summons. Formal charges will be forwarded to the Saline County Prosecuting Attorney’s office for consideration.
