PETTIS COUNTY, MO – Pettis Counties Deputies, assisted by state and national investigative teams, served a search warrant Friday afternoon for stolen vehicles, trailers, farm implements and lawn equipment on Alexander Road in northeastern Pettis County.
Investigators seized well over $100,000 in stolen property allegedly taken from Pettis County and surrounding communities, including the City of Sedalia. One person is already in custody in connection with a series of thefts that occurred over the past several months. Additional arrests are also anticipated as the investigation continues.
Sheriff Kevin Bond thanked the community for their cooperation in providing information and tips.
