Deangelo Montrez Butler
COLUMBIA, MO – Friday afternoon, Columbia police responded to the 1700 block of Stanford Drive for reports of a shooting.
A female victim with a gunshot wound was located in the area, and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The injury was described as non-life threatening by police. The identity of a male suspect who fled the scene, is believed to match that of Deangelo Montrez Butler, 27, of Columbia. Outstanding warrants for his arrest are from multiple jurisdictions, and include probation violations with original offenses for assault, and stolen property.
Butler is described as 6 ft tall, heavy build, and short hair. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information should contact Columbia police.
