MILAN, Mo.– A Milan resident was taken into custody Friday by local law enforcement. 
Preston Miles Weaver, 20, was arrested by Milan Police for rape or attempted rape in the first degree, and rape in the second degree.
A cash-only bond has been set at $100,000 with court dates pending.
