LEXINGTON, MO – A man from Kansas has a court hearing in Lafayette County Monday.
According to court documents, Tommy Davidson, 56, of Kansas City Kansas was charged in June 2015 with felonies for motor vehicle tampering, resisting arrest, as well as leaving the scene of an accident, failing to obey a lawful order, and receiving stolen property.
In June of this year, the Missouri Court of Appeals filed a mandate in which the original conviction of Davidson was reversed, and sentence was vacated.
