MILLER COUNTY, MO – A Marshall man may be facing charges after an arrest yesterday afternoon in Miller County.
An arrest report submitted by Highway Patrol says Jonathan Edde, 32, was taken to Miller County Jail on suspicion of controlled substance possession. That is one of nine allegations against the Marshall resident. Edde was reportedly traveling 92 mph in a 70 mph zone. Other informal charges included, no insurance, failure to register, no certificate of ownership, displaying another person’s plates, and no seat belt.
He is in jail under a 24-hour investigation.
