RAY COUNTY, Mo.- Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested two Excelsior Spring, Mo., men early this morning on multiple felony drug allegations.
According to the filed arrest reports, Kevin Carr, 48, and Kaleb Kimball, 21, were both allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. Carr is being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, felony driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, lane violation, and failure to display plates.
Kimball is also being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Both remain in custody at the Ray County Jail and were placed on a 24-hour investigative hold.
