RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Gladstone driver has been summoned to court after a traffic stop in Ray County Tuesday night.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol, Heaven L. Moran, 26, was stopped around 11:25 last night for an equipment violation. During the stop, it was determined that Moran did not have a valid drivers license. A search pursuant to arrest led to allegations of possession of THC oil and drug paraphernalia.
