CHILLICOTHE, MO – Chillicothe police officers conducted a traffic stop Monday evening based on a complaint of careless driving near Montgomery and Commercial streets.
Officers reportedly arrested the driver, Sterling Blakeley for driving while intoxicated under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Blakeley was transported to the Police Department, processed, and transferred to Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
