ADAIR COUNTY, MO – A woman accused of attempting an armed robbery with her daughter as an accomplice, has a hearing in Adair County Wednesday.
Debra Jean Kincaid, 55, of Knox City will appear for a preliminary hearing setting at 10 a.m. Kincaid and her daughter, Stephanie Kincaid, 30, of Edina, were arrested May 9, while leaving the apartment of a woman they are accused of threatening with a handgun and stungun. The Kincaids are charged with Burglary in the First Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
