HENRY COUNTY, Mo. — The Henry County Sheriff’s Department reported arresting a man on drug-related charges at about 4:24 p.m. Monday.
A release from the Sheriff’s Department indicates that Windsor resident James R. Kobush, 44, is accused of distribution of a controlled substance.
He is now facing charges for resisting or interfering with an arrest as well as distribution or attempt to manufacture a controlled substance.
Kobush was detained at the Henry County Jail where he was later released.
Formal charges have not been filed at this time.
