HENRY COUNTY, Mo.- According to the Henry County Sheriff’s, a Windsor man was arrested over the weekend on multiple warrants and new drug allegations.
The arrest report indicates Jeremy Heany, 49, was taken into custody on five felony Henry County warrants for two counts of possession of a controlled substance, kidnapping and stealing and/or receiving stolen property.
Heany is also being charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Heany remains in custody on a 24-hour investigative hold. Formal charges are expected in the coming days.
