HARRISON COUNTY, Mo. – Two men from Minnesota were held Tuesday until they could post bond on drug allegations in Harrison County.
The arrest report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 54 year old Billy R. Alexander of Ramsey and 55 year old David D. Ramsay of Anoka were each jailed for alleged misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Alexander is also accused of felony possession ofa a controlled substance.
Both men were held at the Law Enforcement Center after their arrest around 4:45 yesterday.
