SALISBURY, MO – A warrant served Monday accuses a Keytesville man of a class-A felony drug distribution charge.
The allegation originates from Thursday against Gary Roberts. Court documents indicate a search warrant was executed on 2nd Street in Salisbury. Police allegedly found methamphetamine and paraphernalia in a room occupied by Roberts. Another resident told police Roberts was selling the substance. The house was also found to be in close proximity with a daycare (350 ft) and school (1,465 ft).
The court listing accuses Roberts of controlled substance distribution in a protected location. Future court dates are pending.
