JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo.- The Missouri Highway Patrol made an arrest early this morning in Jefferson County. According to the arrest report Matthew Hedge, 18, of Festus, Mo. was arrested on a felony larceny warrant out of Jefferson County. Hedge was transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he’s still in custody awaiting formal charges.
