MOBERLY, MO – Moberly Police made an arrest early Wednesday morning on a warrant for resisting arrest.
Officers located Anette Webster in the 1600 block of South Morley St. When taken into custody, Webster reportedly resisted, kicking one officer in the chest.
No one was injured in the struggle. Unlawful drug paraphernalia was also confiscated from her person. Additional charges were recommended, including resisting, and paraphernalia possession.
