MARSHALL, Mo – Arraignment for a Marshall man is scheduled Tuesday in a case of forgery. He was issued a citation last week, during which, he supplied officers with a false name. After his arrest, Alfred Lane then attempted to escape from custody, opening the door of a police cruiser. Charges also include driving while revoked or suspended, and failure to use an interlock device.
