JOHNSON COUNTY, Mo. — A Raymore man is facing preliminary charges in Johnson County following an arrest Wednesday evening.
According to Highway Patrol, Anthony Asbury, 44, faces charges of felony DWI as a persistent offender, tampering, endangering the welfare of a child, and displaying improper plates.
Asbury was released after the arrest around 5 p.m. Formal charges are pending.
