HENRY COUNTY, MO – Deputies in Henry County say they responded to a domestic assault situation Monday on Southeast 701 Road.
The suspect was located on top of a 40-foot tower at a residence, in possession of a length of rope. Deputies say Chance D. Bray, 51, refused to descend for the duration of nearly 6 hours of negotiation. Bray eventually came down to within 6 – 8 feet of the ground, but then fell the remainder of the distance.
He was transported to an area hospital for treatment
