DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. — Highway Patrol is recommending multiple charges against an Overland Park, Kansas, man who was arrested in Daviess County.
Circumstances around the arrest are not released, but 19-year-old Jacob W. Palmer faces preliminary felony charges of resisting arrest and possession of methamphetamine. Others include tampering with a motor vehicle, speeding, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and an illegal U-turn.
The arrest was reported at 8:33 a.m. and Palmer is in custody at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Formal charges are pending.
