LINCOLN, MO – Two Lincoln residents are recently accused in a child endangerment case involving illegal drugs.
Law enforcement responded Wednesday to a residence occupied by Jeremy, and Kathy Gross, following an advisory from Mid Missouri Drug Task Force. Consent to search the residence was denied prior to the application and reception of a narcotics search warrant. Methamphetamine and paraphernalia were identified, along with three juveniles in the residence.
Jeremy and Kathy Gross are each charged with felonies for manufacturing a controlled substance, child endangerment, and paraphernalia possession. The matter will be continued to October 22.
