RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A formal arraignment is scheduled today, September 20, 2019 for a Richmond man facing a weapon charge in Ray County.
Joseph Grymala, Jr., 33, was charged in June with a felony count of delivery of a weapon at a county jail and misdemeanor resisting arrest. Police were called to the Dollar General in Richmond where Grymala was suspected of being impaired by narcotics. During a consent search of his vehicle, Grymala became confrontational and was placed under arrest. At the Jail, a concealed knife was found in Grymala’s possession.
The hearing is set for 9:00 a.m. this morning.
