SEDALIA, MO – A Sedalia resident was detained by Highway Patrol just after midnight Tuesday.
Officers on scene report charges against Juan Nandho-Paulino, 43, will be recommended to prosecutors for felony forgery charges. Additional charges will be sought, including identity theft, fraudulent acquisition of a license, and no insurance. Also noted was a misdemeanor warrant out of Lafayette County.
Nandho-Paulino was processed at Johnson County Jail.
