DAVIESS COUNTY, MO – A Lee’s Summit resident was arrested in Daviess County after a stop by Highway Patrol Sunday night.
Charging information submitted by troopers include two felonies for methamphetamine and marijuana possession against Virginia Wainwright, 22. Misdemeanors were also listed, including careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and driving while intoxicated.
Wainwright was released to the custody of Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
